Venue
The show will be taking palce in the Sheikh Rashid Hall of the Dubai International Covention and Exhibition Centre.

Admission
Admission to the exhibition is for tradt visitors only. Registration cards must be completed prior to entry. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted.
Banks
Emirates bank has a brand located within the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC), which is on the concourse between halls 3 & 4. National Bank of Dubai has a branch located adjacent to the Sheikh Maktoum Hall, opposite Hall 8. Both banks have 24-hour ATM access. There are also ATM machines adjacent to halls 3, 6 & 8.
Business Centre
There is a Business Centre located in the concourse between halls 3 & 4.
Catering and Refreshments
There will be a cafe area located inside hall 8. There are also a number of coffee shops and eateries which are located in the concourse; Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf near Hall 1, Round Table Pizza near hall 2 and Loop Cafe near hall 8.
First Aid
The following facilities are available during build up, break down and exhibition hours:
- First Aid Centre located adjacted to hall 5
- EMS - An ambulance service will be called if required
- Pharmacy located adjacent to hall 6

Organisers' Office
The Organisers' Office will be located in office 7.1, outside hall 7.
Prayer Rooms
DICEC has designated Male and Female prayer rooms with washing facilities. The prayer rooms are located on the 2nd floor above the Dubai International Conference Centre (opposite hall 6), access can be reached by a lift or escalator behind Coffee Convention. They are also located on the mezzanine level of hall 4, access is via the lift next to the Al Multaqua Hall.
Press Relations
For all press or PR enquiries during the exhibition, please visit the Press Office which is located in office 7.2, outside hall 7.
Taxis and Shuttle Buses
Taxis will be available next to the Ibis Hotel. Please walk past the hotel and cross the road - you will see the taxi rank in front of you.
Telephones and Telephone Cards
Public telephones are located in the foyers of the Exhibition Halls. Telephone cards may be purchased from the Business Centre between halls 3 & 4.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with UAE laws, smoking is prohibited throughtout the venue.
Toilets
Toilets are convenitently located in some of the foyers and inside the exhibition halls.
