EXHIBITOR QUOTES

“Being a Gold Sponsor has really got us noticed at this show. The governments are now spending more on education and with the number of interactive screens we are showing this is an area we are concentrating on” Syed Abdul Wahab, Mindstec

“We have seen customers from Bahrain and Saudi, as well as more locally based, and we will definitely be writing business with schools and colleges.” Miguelina Muniz QOMO HiteVision (participating on Minstec’s stand)

“At this show we have met some key players. As a result of this, not only am I confident that we will be able to appoint a local partner – but we should end up taking some orders.” Luica Giorgi Powersoft

“We are seeing more activity in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman and we are starting to see a lot more requests from Saudi. We are seeing AV contractors and integrators directly and our duty is to support them. The show is working well and is reaching the right people.” Mauricio Saint Martin, Meyer Sound

“We were scared we would suffer from the economic situation but we have just broken our all time records for the number of contacts taken on the second day at this show. We didn’t expect it, and the quality of those leads, as far as I can see, is really good.” Alexander Henning, LOBO

“We didn’t know what to expect with the recession. The first day was good but the overall quality of the visitors has been really good. The requests we have had will lead to some orders.” Marina Prak, Prolyte Products

“We have definitely met new customers here – from Lebanon, Syria and Jordan which has given us a good opportunity across the region” R.R. Suresh, Philips

“The show is smaller but of the people who are here the quality is higher. It’s been a good show which has produced a lot of serious leads.” Josha Didden, Highlite International
